Why do I need an ICT support Contract?

A question that we are asked frequently, the advantages are . . .

Quite often the ICT co-ordinator for your school is the main contact for ICT related problems. This can leave them overstretched with the responsibility of preparing and delivering lessons whilst also trying to resolve ICT issues, and in some instances they may be too busy to resolve.

By having an ICT Support Contract we will liaise with the ICT co-ordinator freeing them up to concentrate on the curriculum.

You could just call an engineer if your ICT co-ordinator is unable to resolve ICT issues but this is a costly solution, and in some instances can wait for days before an engineer can attend. It is always better to have your ICT regularly maintained and prevent issues arising.

On the odd occassion that something does go wrong we will be on-site within a guaranteed timescale to get things working again.
