In the event of a fault we will fix the issue as soon as possible and then investigate why the fault happened in the first place to prevent repeat issues.

Day to Day Maintenance

The school ICT network is very important for your school. To ensure the smooth running of your ICT Network, or stand alone computers we offer weekly maintenance contracts. This will include, Software Deployment, Secuity Policies, Access Control, Creating/Removing User Profile, Troubleshooting, Fixing Computers, Server and PC Updates.

We only charge for hours that we attend which means during school holidays there is nothing to pay.

Audio Visual Maintenance

Projectors work hard during the school terms and are expensive equipment to replace. Projector manufacturers recommend that all projectors should be cleaned to extend their life expectancy.

At Tech Speed Solutions we can arrange to clean all projectors during a one off visit or alternatively we offer an annual cleaning contract at a very competitve price.
